Is a deposit required to book your food truck?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is typically due at the end of event date.
What is your cancellation policy?

Logistics and Setup
What do I need to provide for the food truck at my event?
We’ll need a level parking space for the truck, clear access for setup, and any necessary permits the venue may require. We’re fully licensed and insured.
How long does service last?
We typically serve for about two hours, but this can be adjusted based on your event’s needs.
Do you provide beverages and desserts?
Absolutely! We offer both beverage and dessert options that you can add to your catering package.
How do you handle waste and trash?
We manage waste generated by our service, but if additional trash collection is needed for the event, we recommend coordinating with your venue.
What if there’s bad weather?
We can operate in most weather conditions, but extreme weather may require alternative arrangements. We’ll stay in touch leading up to the event to discuss any concerns.
